We are thrilled to invite you to an exciting afternoon of Pen & Paper roleplaying games hosted by us and the Marburg International Club.

Location: Deutschhausstraße 11+13, 1st Floor, Seminar Rooms 10, 20, and 30, Marburg
Languages: Games will be conducted in German and/or English, depending on participants‘ preferences.
What Are Pen & Paper Roleplaying Games?
Pen & Paper roleplaying games (also known as tabletop RPGs) are collaborative storytelling experiences where players assume the roles of fictional characters. Guided by a game master, players navigate through imaginative worlds, make decisions, and roll dice to determine the outcomes of their actions. These games emphasize creativity, teamwork, and improvisation.
Game Sessions Offered:
We will be offering a variety of roleplaying systems to cater to different interests:
- Call of Cthulhu: Delve into a world of cosmic horror inspired by H.P. Lovecraft. As investigators, you’ll uncover dark secrets and confront otherworldly entities, all while trying to maintain your sanity. – GM: Mary-Ann
- Into the Odd: A rules-light game set in a world of industrial horror and cosmic strangeness. Explore the mysterious city of Bastion and its bizarre surroundings. – GM: Alexander
- Mausritter: Take on the roles of brave mice adventurers in a dangerous world. This fantasy game offers a unique perspective and charming storytelling. – GM: Simon
- Quest: An accessible and beginner-friendly fantasy RPG that emphasizes narrative and character development. Embark on magical adventures in a world full of possibilities. GM: Daniel
- Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition: The classic fantasy roleplaying game where you can become heroes battling monsters, exploring dungeons, and embarking on epic quests. GM: Damian
What to Bring:
- Your enthusiasm and imagination!
- If you have them, feel free to bring your own dice and pencils.
- No prior experience is necessary—our game masters will guide you through the process.
