Who We Are
The Marburg Roleplaying Association (Marburger Rollenspielverein e.V.) was founded in December 2023. We came together to share our hobby—roleplaying games—with others and introduce new people to this fascinating world.
What We Do
We regularly host gaming sessions for various roleplaying systems and frequently explore new ones.

We offer game sessions for both newcomers who simply want to try out the hobby and experienced roleplayers looking for deeper adventures.
Our Mission
We believe that the cohesion in our society has suffered due to the pandemic and increasing polarization. Through our community, we hope to contribute—at least on a small scale—to improving social bonds.
We are convinced that stepping into different roles in a playful way can strengthen empathy, compassion, and team spirit. Roleplaying games also encourage creative thinking and demonstrate that conflicts can be resolved in many different ways.
In our gaming sessions, we focus on what unites us: whether young or old, rich or poor, physically challenged, new to the area, or deeply rooted in the region—everyone has a seat at our table!
We strive to be a meeting place that combats loneliness, which affects so many people today—with the joy of play and a sense of togetherness.
